Denis has dual nationality as a Beninese and Swiss citizen who has lived in Switzerland since 1987. He graduated in Law from the University of Geneva. A legal and financial advisor for more than 20 years, Denis has extensive experience in international legal and financial fields (banking law, commercial law, OHADA regulations, inter-company conflict mediation). Denis is also a director and member of the Board of Directors of Swiss companies investing in Africa. He actively participates in the implementation of cross-border business development strategies. He also uses his experience and expertise to provide advice in good practices, regulation, tax and commerce constraints to the Executive Management of international European and North American companies that are active in Africa.<\/p>\n

Since 2012, Denis has been active in the company Agboton & Associ\u00e9s \u2013 a firm of legal advice, financial strategy and global development towards the markets of sub-Saharan Africa. www.agboton-associates.com<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Both French and Ivorian, Pr. Ouraga has lived in Switzerland since 2007. He graduated from SKEMA Business School in France and has solid and extensive experience in asset management and financial advice. Mr. Ouraga is also an expert in fund management, asset allocation, structured product design and portfolio management. Mr Ouraga can offer the best services to thanks to his professional experience, along with his wealthy clientele and thorough knowledge of the African continent.<\/p>\n

His additional training in \u201cInternational Oil Trading\u201d at the Geneva Business School allows Obou to also provide quality counseling to HOONEX clients who work with hydrocarbon and derivative products.<\/p>\n

For fifteen years, he has specialized in South-South relations by allowing African companies to expatriate and conquer sub-regional markets. He has promoted fundraising operations. He helped African companies to go international by providing them with innovative tools made to meet the requirements of their international partners. At the same time, he contributed to developing the market shares of European companies by building strong partnerships with local actors localised stakeholders\u00a0in sectors such as infrastructure, blockchain technology or real estate.<\/p>\n

Obou is also passionate about humanitarian affairs and volunteers for \u201cPetites Mains\u201d, an Ivorian NGO which offers breakfast meals to children in need.
