About
Denis Agboton and Jr.Obou Ouraga, are the co-founders of HOONEX. Both of them have more than 20 years of experience in legal, banking, wealth management and HNW international clientele consulting, working across several fields of activities. Mr Agboton and Mr Ouraga are specialized in wealth management in Switzerland, a country which lives up to its strong international reputation when it comes to regulation and quality standards and have vast experience working with international clientele. Their clients are mainly African or expatriates willing to take advantage of high financial standards that Switzerland is known for.
Managing wealth in Switzerland means complying with very high standards in terms of due diligence, governance, best practice, knowledge of the markets and the regulations in force. Licensed by FINMA, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, HOONEX operates as an asset manager – FINMA.
Our company is supervised by OSIF – “Organisation de Surveillance des Instituts Financiers” – OSIF.
It has been audited since 2014 by BDO SA.
Headquarters: The city center in Fribourg – (the City of Bridges) – symbolizes our mission as bridge builders between Switzerland and the rest of the world.

It is specialized in Wealth Management, based on the Financial Services Act (FinSA). It also provides Family Office assistance as well as other various consultancy services.

Our site shall be regularly illustrated by Momar Seck, a contemporary Senegalese artist who shares our cosmopolitan values in regard to exchanges between Switzerland and the rest of the world.
Momar Seck has lived in Switzerland for many years and therefore perfectly represents the meticulous and highly symbolical construction of bridges.
Momar Seck: “My creation was born from my cultural substrate and is nourished by incessant crossings with other cultures”.
Momar Seck, a plastic artist, painter and sculptor, has a PHD in Plastic Arts from the University of Strasbourg. He defines himself as a knowledge broker. Born in Dakar, he lives between Switzerland and Senegal. Momar exhibits his works regularly in Europe and Senegal, namely at the Biennial of Contemporary African Art in Dakar. Concerned about sharing, he provides accommodation support for Swiss and French artists in Senegal and offers training and exchange opportunities to young Senegalese artists. Momar is also Professor of Art at the International School of Geneva as well as at the Dakar School of Art. Momar Seck won the UNESCO Prize for the Promotion of the Visual Arts (2004).
